- In a small cup or bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar, and water. Stir well with coffee beater machine until the coffee granules completely dissolve and forms a frothy texture.
- Pour the chocolate syrup into the coffee mixture and stir until smooth and glossy.
- Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.
- Slowly pour the cold milk over the ice and coffee mixture.
- Top with whipped cream. Serve with a straw and latte spoon.
