Dissolve instant coffee in a glass with a little warm water and sugar using a coffee beater machine for about 1 minute, and blend until it forms a foam-like texture.
Add some white chocolate chunks in a bowl and place the bowl over another bowl of boiling hot water to melt the chocolate. Then pour the melted white chocolate into the coffee mixture and stir well until it dissolves completely.
Pour in milk in a glass and fill the glass with ice.
Add white chocolate and coffee mixture on top of it. Mix everything well and top with whipped cream or you can also add white chocolate sauce.
