Let the espresso cool down for a few minutes. Because if your coffee is hot, it can melt the ice quickly. If you do not have an espresso machine, you can use 2 tbsp of instant coffee and mix it with warm water.
Add 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup to a tall glass.
Add cold milk to the glass.
Fill the glass with ice. You can use large ice cubes because they melt more slowly than small pieces of ice.
Slowly pour the slightly cooled espresso over the milk.The darker coffee will sit on top for a moment, creating a pretty layered look.
Give your iced strawberry latte a good stir before drinking. Add a fresh strawberry to the rim of the glass if you want a simple garnish.
