Dalgona Instant Iced Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Instant coffee ( or decaf instant coffee)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cup Cold Milk ( you can also use almond milk )
  • 2 tbsp Hot water
  • Ice cubes
  • ( optional ) Whipped cream or cocoa powder for topping

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or Coffee beater machine

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or cup, add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water, then mix thoroughly. If you are using a bowl, you can use a hand mixer, while a coffee beater works well for a cup. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and frothy.
  2. Take a glass, fill it with ice cubes, and pour one cup of cold milk over them per serving (If you like your coffee stronger, add less milk).
  3. Spoon the coffee froth on top of the milk, then stir well.
  4. Optional: You can add whipped cream or sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
